2. After you log in, scroll down and click “Club Central.”

3. After you log in, scroll down and click “Club Success Plan.”

4. Click “Online/Interactive.”

5. Click the checkbox to confirm that you want to complete the plan online.

6. Click “Confirm choice.”

7. Click “Start” to begin the Education section.

8. Please mark the checkboxes corresponding to the expected completion levels that are to be completed by tktk.

9. Click this field and describe how you will motivate club members to achieve their educational goals, such as completing a level.

10. Click in this field and describe the obstacles your members face in completing projects, as well as potential solutions to overcome them.

11. Click on one of the buttons below to indicate the level of familiarity that the club members have with Pathways.

12. Click this field and type how your club promotes Pathways.

13. Click this field and type how your club will prepare its members for Pathways, and who will be responsible for helping them. This responsibility usually falls on the VP of Education. Please identify the person who will be responsible for Pathway training.

14. Click “Save and Close.”

15. Click “Start” to begin the “Membership” section.

16. Click this text field and type the expected membership goal by June 30. Your club must have either 20 members or a net growth of at least three new, dual, or reinstating members as of June 30 to qualify for the Distinguished recognition program. Clubs need a minimum of 8 members to remain in good standing. For details on the Distinguished recognition program qualifications, read the “Qualifying Requirement” below:

17. Click this field and type how your club is planning to encourage members to renew club membership.

18. Click this field and type the plan to gain new members. For example, hosting an Open House.

19. Click “Save and Close.”

20. Click “Start” to begin the “Training” section.

21. Click the checkboxes of officers you expect to attend the Officer training in the summer and winter. Keep in mind that you only need four officers trained in the summer and winter to receive credit for the Distinguished Program.

22. Click this field and type how to motivate your club officers to attend training sessions.

23. Click “Save and Close.”

24. Click “Start” to begin the “Administration” section.

25. Click this field and select the name of the club officer responsible for renewing club memberships. This responsibility is usually assigned to the club treasurer.

26. Click this field and select the name of the club officer responsible for submitting the new officer list after the club elections to Toastmasters International. This responsibility is usually assigned to the club secretary.

27. Click this field and describe any current obstacles to renewing club memberships or submitting the officer list, along with proposed solutions. If there are no obstacles, type “None.”

28. Click “Save and Close.”

29. The “Committee Values and Processes” and “Planning Process Contributors” sections are optional. Complete them if time permits. You can request the assistance of club officers and members to complete the “Committee Values and Processes” or copy it from last year’s plan. In the “Planning Process Contributors” section, list all the people who contributed to this plan.

30. Click “Submit” after all necessary information is filled in.
