PERFECT 7 – CLUB QUALITY INCENTIVES
Club Quality is directly impacted by Club Officers commitment. District 119 awards the Club Officers who work hard as a team, who committed to excellence. Clubs with 7 Club Officers trained for both Summer and Winter TLI training sessions are acknowledged, awarded and celebrated.

KNOCK KNOCK INCENTIVE AWARD
District 119 Area Directors have been working hard to reach out and connect with their clubs. Within the short amount of times, these Area Directors have knocked on the doors, participated in club meetings, submitted visiting report before September 30, 2022.

RESILIENCE INCENTIVE AWARD
This is to award District 119 Area Directors continue their hard work to support all of their clubs in accomplish their club goals.
Area Directors who successfully submitted visiting reports of all clubs by March 31, 2023 are eligible for this award.

NEW CLUB INCENTIVES
New Clubs Receiving the support of District 119 during the chartering process will receive a new customized Club Banner and Banner Bag provided by District 119 in addition to the supportive Club Sponsors and Club Mentors if the club charters by May 31, 2023.

PATHWAYS ADOPTION INCENTIVE
Attention District 119 club officers. Do you get stuck or at a loss for words when a club member asks you;
– How do I get to Base Camp?
– Who are Base Camp managers, and what is their role?
– How will I know which Path is right for me?
– How do I access Pathways?
If you struggle with answering any of those questions then we have the solution. District 119 has a team of Pathways Ambassadors willing and ready to support and train you on the Pathways program.
Join us and grow your understanding of the Pathways program. Then take that knowledge back to your club members and empower them with your shared knowledge.

APRIL 2023 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INCENTIVES
Renew 20 members by March 31st 2023 to earn a District 119 incentive gift.
OR Renew the club base plus 3 new members by March 31st 2023 to earn a District 119 incentive gift.
